Shoes of Prey was a women’s fashion footwear brand that sold direct to consumer. The brand gave them the option to select their own colors, materials, and monogram/personalize their shoes.
I was asked to design a small capsule of women’s sandals for their Spring 2017 collection.
The brief was to create a group of sandals that their customer could wear every day and has a modern feel.
I was inspired by the soft and hard lines of different building, bags, and furniture. I liked the idea of having scallop detailing that was not finished or going all thru the upper pattern. I envisioned soft wavy lines with more defined, straight lines.
