Happy Dog Days of Summer!

It’s pretty crazy to me that we are soon closing out August. Time is going way to fast! Does anyone feel the same way?

This summer has been jam packed for me.

I’m wrapping up a sandal, and sneaker project. I’m still in the beginning stages of a few other shoe projects, and started on a handbag project over the last few weeks.

In the next month, I will be starting a new project where I’m doing all of the creative direction from branding to all of the product design. I’m quite excited about this project. It’s focus is on a give back program mixed in with a lot of creative vibes. I don’t foresee this launching until end of 2022 or early 2023. It’s so hard for me to fathom a launch that far along but that is the shoe business.

Above is just a peak of my board. I actually am working on a lot more casual shoes these days so this is just an explorative board where I collect ideas, and change images out as I go. I love to sketch whatever inspires me. It’s nice to flex the creative muscle and build out ideas that are not related to current projects. I do miss working on a lot more dress shoes, and would love to get back there soon!
