Orangina- the color for S/SS 22

In 2021, we were still in Covid madness. Slippers, flip flops, sneakers, clogs, crocs, and any type of shoe for the home was the footwear of choice. By summer 2021, we were all over being stuck at home, and we were ready to venture out, and get out of our sweats, and casual wear.
Brands began to push creative design and color. The styles still remained casual, but the colors began to pop. Orange was one of the first colors to emerge with fuchsia, and bright green.
High end brands like Chanel, Attico, and Versace were splashing brights in clothing, accessories, and shoes. You can see them here.
Small brands like Hereu did this super cute fisherman in an orange, and now for Spring 2022, they have it in a bigger range of colors.
We are now in 2022, and as I predicted here, the fashion world is having fun with colors, and also playful design. Here are a few of my favorite orange shoes this season..
I am obsessed with these Pradas. The wedge is amazing, the wedge height, and the simplicity but uniqueness is very special.
